Moira MacBeath is based in Tain on the shores of the Dornoch Firth in the beautiful Highlands of Scotland, the inspiration for a lot of her work. She works in a variety of styles using acrylic, watercolour and pencil.
Although a naturally talented artist, from an early age she had her heart set on being a primary school teacher and followed this career path for 25 years. During this time, Moira never lost her love of art and eventually decided to follow her passion and take the step to becoming a full time artist.
